PKM Audit & Tax s.r.o. was created after the separation of PKM audit s.r.o., which has been present at the Czech market since 1996. Entry of our company into the Companies Register became effective on October 5, 2005. Vast experience and knowledge of our team allows us to offer audits of businesses as well as nonprofit and budget organizations, and specialized verification orders, such as verification of management of the autonomous economic entities, grants verifications and other verifications based on clients demands and needs.

Our additional activities include economic, accounting and tax consultancy. Together with our partners we can also provide other additional services linked to setting up companies and changes of company status, e.g. legal services, notary services, services of authorized experts in accounting, assessing companies and real estate etc.

The guarantee of auditing services is the auditor Ing. Václava Pekařová (Czech Chamber of Auditors, certification No. 520) and the guarantee of tax consultancy is the tax advisor Ing. Dagmar Kosová (Chamber of Tax Advisors, evidence number 1887).
